Hechutu (Shanghai) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2015, is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to developing AI tools for image and video processing in marketing scenarios. We are committed to providing AI-driven creative image solutions to approximately one million design studios globally.
We possess advanced proprietary algorithms and use exclusively developed deep learning models and amplification algorithms, integrating the latest achievements in computer vision, artificial intelligence, and image processing to significantly enhance processing speed and meet the demands of real-time applications. Currently, the company has offices in Shanghai, Wuxi, Suzhou, and Nanjing, with a team size of over 70 people. In October 2022, we established the Hetchart AI Fashion Innovation Laboratory in collaboration with several AI experts, focusing on the application of AI in the fashion field, particularly in the clothing industry chain. ENHANCEPIC User Agreement

Welcome to use the AI image enhancement tool, ENHANCEPIC, developed and operated by Hechutu (Shanghai) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. ("Hechutu"). To better serve you, please read and understand this User Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using the product.

1. Definitions

2. Service Content and Usage Notices
2.1 Service Content: The Product provides online services for image enhancement, processing, management, and sharing. Users are responsible for the images and other content they upload and process.
2.2 Usage Restrictions: Users are only allowed to use the Product for personal use. Accounts or services may not be shared or transferred to third parties to avoid unauthorized use and dissemination.
2.3 Content Responsibility: Users are fully responsible for the content they upload and process. Hechutu is not responsible for the legality, correctness, or completeness of the content.
3. Intellectual Property and Content Management
3.1 Ownership: Apart from the content uploaded by users, all elements of the Product, including but not limited to software, code, interface design, and images, are owned by Hechutu.
3.2 Content Use: Users must not upload, publish, or transmit any content that infringes on others' intellectual property or other legal rights. Users are responsible for all legal liabilities and must compensate Hechutu and its affiliates for all losses caused by such infringement.
3.3 Infringement Handling: If it is discovered that the content uploaded or processed by a user is infringing, Hechutu has the right to delete the content and take measures including but not limited to restricting or terminating the user's account.
3.4 User Commitment: Users must ensure that the content they upload and process does not contain any illegal information, including but not limited to reactionary, pornographic, violent, or other content that violates national laws and regulations.
4. User Behavior Guidelines
4.1 Prohibited Actions: Users must not upload, publish, or transmit any content that violates national laws and regulations through the Product. This includes, but is not limited to, content that:
- Opposes the basic principles established by the constitution;
- Endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity;
- Harms national honor and interests;
- Incites ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermines ethnic unity;
- Undermines the national religious policy, promotes cults and feudal superstitions;
- Spreads rumors, disrupts social order, or undermines social stability;
- Spreads obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abets crime;
- Insults or slanders others, infringing on others' legal rights;
- Contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
4.2 Content Compliance:
Users commit to ensuring that the content they upload, publish, or transmit is legally owned or authorized and does not infringe on the legal rights of any third party. This includes but is not limited to the following aspects:
- Users must not upload or publish any content that infringes on others' copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
- Users must not use this product for any illegal activities, such as money laundering, stealing trade secrets, or stealing personal information.
- Users must not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this product, including but not limited to accessing this product through automated means or attempting to gain unauthorized access.
- Users must not publish any content that is illegal, criminal, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or uncivilized.;
- Users must not use this product to disseminate any form of advertisements, promotions, or marketing information unless expressly permitted in writing by Hetchart.
4.3 Usage Standards:
- Users must not abuse the services of the Product, including but not limited to exploiting technical vulnerabilities for improper operations, illegally expanding storage space, etc;
- Users must not use the Product for any commercial purposes unless authorized in writing by Hechutu;
- Users must not use the Product for any form of illegal transaction or activity, including but not limited to fraud, pyramid schemes, gambling, etc;
- Users must not upload, publish any content containing malicious codes, viruses, Trojans, or other harmful programs.
4.4 Content management:
- Hechutu has the right to review and manage the content uploaded by users. If any violations are found, Hechutu has the right to take measures including but not limited to deletion, blocking, and stopping services;
- If the content uploaded by a user is suspected of being illegal or infringing on the rights of third parties, Hechutu has the right to report to relevant authorities and cooperate with the investigation.
4.5 User responsibility:
- Users are responsible for the legality of their actions and the content they upload using the Product;
- If users violate this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations, they must bear all legal responsibilities and compensate Hechutu or third parties for any losses caused by their actions;
- If users discover any illegal activities or infringing content, they should report it to Hechutu in a timely manner, and Hechutu will handle it according to the law.
5. Privacy Protection
5.1 Information Collection: Hechutu will collect, use, store, and protect users' personal information in accordance with this Agreement.
5.2 Information Disclosure: Unless required by law or authorized by the user, Hechutu will not disclose or provide to third parties any non-public content stored in the Product.
5.3 Information Sharing: Users can set their information to be shared with others, but they are responsible for the legality and consequences of the shared information.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 Service Interruptions: Hechutu is not responsible for interruptions in service due to force majeure, maintenance, or other reasons. Hechutu will try to repair or remedy within a reasonable range.
6.2 No Guarantee: Hechutu does not guarantee that the Product meets the specific needs of users, nor does it guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, reliable, or error-free. Users must bear the risks associated with using the Product themselves.
6.3 Liability for Losses: Hechutu is not liable for any direct or indirect compensation for profits, business reputation, data loss, or other tangible or intangible losses caused by user behavior.
6.4 Third Party Liability: Users are responsible for any disputes or losses caused by authorizing third parties to access/use their content in the Product, and such issues are unrelated to Hechutu.
7. Agreement Modification and Termination
7.1 Modification Rights: Hechutu has the right to modify the contents of this Agreement at any time. The modified contents will be publicly displayed on the Product. If users continue to use the Product, it is considered as acceptance of the modified Agreement.
7.2 Termination Rights: Hechutu has the right to terminate or suspend the provision of part or all of the services of the Product without prior notice to the user, based on its own judgment.
7.3 Consequences of Termination: Once the service is terminated or canceled, any information stored by the user in the Product may not be recoverable, and Hechutu is not responsible for this.
8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 Applicable Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
8.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement should first be resolved through friendly negotiations; if negotiations fail, either party may file a lawsuit in the People's Court with jurisdiction in the location of Hechutu.
9. Other
9.1 Independent Clauses: If any clause of this Agreement is partially or wholly invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses of this Agreement shall still be valid and binding.
